Green homes winners in housing decline
The National Association of Home Builders says the building of green homes has gone up 50% since 2004. With utility bills that are 60%, or more, below the average for normal homes... It's no wonder why. We've been saying: "increasing energy efficiency, and installing your own solar electric generator, is one of the best ways to increase the value of your home" for years.
