Board Considers Washington School Solar Project
In Berkeley, the Board of Education is planning to vote on approval for a solar power system at Washington Elementary School. The school board has examined and researched the project since early April. Plans to move forward are being hastened due to anticipation of reduced rebates. Waiting could mean a reduction in the systems rebate - by as much as $80,000.
