Bill offers affordable way to be energy-efficient
Municipal funding for renewable energy, and energy efficiency, was in the spotlight again Monday. A Bill has reached the state floor that would create an optional plan allowing municipalities to finance renewable energy, and energy efficiency improvements, with loans tied to property taxes.
